No Green Padlock on One Page of Website - SSL Security

more options

After developing a website (https://planetcarrentalandtours.com/) it was noticed that when viewed using Firefox, a security warning (Mixed content) shows up (grey padlock with orange warning triangle) saying the page is not secured. This however only happens when viewing the home page (all other pages show the green padlock).

After multiple checks both internally and by our SSL Security Certificate provider, I was able to confirm that the certificate was installed properly. The issue only occurs with Firefox and I want to inquire about any possible solutions

In a desktop version of Firefox, the Web Console says:

Loading mixed (insecure) display content “http://localhost/planetcarrental/wp-content/uploads/2018/12/doted-border.png” on a secure page

I cant figure out where that image is being called from.
