Firefox 56.0 (and earlier) on Linux doesn't seem to print background colors or images even when set to do so.

Firefox 56.0 (and earlier on Linux doesn't seem to print background colors or images even when set to do so. From the print dialog Options tab, both Print Background Colors and Print Background Images are checked. From the print dialog Color tab (appears when printing to an HP ENVY-7640 but to to a pdf), Output Mode is set to Color. I still get no background colors or images.
