My mouse does not work in a pop up window like games or my work page. It is a firefox error. all these pages work on explorer.

My work website had a pop up window where i can move a map around or click on certain tabs. Everything functions correctly except my mouse does not work in that window. It will however move around. it will x out. It will function to the side but not in the window. Also on games. When the game window pops up the mouse will not function inside that window. If i open in explored all works correctly.
