I've use Firefox vpn for some time now. Suddenly any attempt to access a website, including the lovely link to my kindle book suggested by Firefox results in this: Secure Connection Failed

The issue is most likely with the website, and there is nothing you can do to resolve it. You can notify the website’s administrator about the problem. message. Firefox is blocking me with no way around??? Regular firefox now just doesn't download! I want to congratulate your implementation of a security nightmare with zero testing. Please tell you product development and marketing folks that they won't have to worry our reading and acting on any of your advertisements!

Hey there Mozilla team, Love the new free built-in VPN for the browser and Kit. :D But I have problems with enabling the VPN. I am on Linux Kubuntu and the VPN cannot start. Funnily enough when i turn on Mozilla VPN on device level the Browser VPN does manage the enable itself.

Also I have a question about the Mozilla VPN browser extension. Is support for Linux still being worked on? And could we see the support being implemented soon?

Hi, I recently started using Firefox's beta built-in VPN and look forward to the protection it will provide. One small problem... every time I close Firefox, the VPN deactivates, requiring me to manually activate the VPN. How do I set VPN to remain active all the time? Thanks for your support. Stay well.

What are the step-to-step instructions in order to use Free VPN? (see attached image) I did a query on the web and it came back stating that Firefox VPN was not free. I am confused. Thank you for your prompt assistance.

I have tried accessing various Websites, including Google.com; DuckDuckGo.Com; whatismyipaddress.com, and this Mozilla support page. For each, I recieved the message: "Unable to find the proxy server". Turning the Firefox VPN off immediately enablabed the Websites to be loaded.

As you will appreciate, putting Websites on the exclude list should be done with care, and by exception. If the VPN doesn't work on well-known Websites, it's not exactly ... useful. 😥

I have removed the icon from my toolbar; I have gone into Settings to try and disable the notification; I have tried about:config and switching browser.vpn_promo.enabled to false, and browser.contentblocking.report.hide_vpn_banner to true; I've even turned off my VPN settings on my PC, despite this being browser protection only...nothing is stopping this little pop-up. It is tedious and I would prefer having control over my notifcations, so please help.

Currently if I have the Forfox built-in VPN turned on when using my Xfinity email account, I regularly (and annoyingly) get the "server unreachable" error message. I understand this is not uncomman. Is this issue being addressed before release of the final version?
