Speed Dial not auto refreshing correctly anyone else having this problem?

Speed Dial is not auto refreshing certain windows correctly.

It was my Sandboxie so I had to make some more configurations to it here's a link to the post http://www.sandboxie.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=12048&highlight=speed+dail.
