Tryed to get help fron Norton tecnician, but he reinstalled FF and I lost all my Bookmarks. Is it possible to find the lost bookmarks again ?

Merely reinstalling Firefox, or even uninstalling and then reinstalling Firefox shouldn't have lost your bookmarks. That "tech" may have deleted your "Firefox data and customizations", too.
