Please provide greater information about the the difficulty you're having, any error messages displayed and account configuration used. What setup steps are you taking to allow community members to reproduce the issue, offer suggestions and assistance.
a. What TB app version works and what beta version are you trying to setup.
b. How are you setting up the account?
- Directly importing the config from the working app.
- Importing from a configuration export file.
- Importing via QR code from Thunderbird desktop.
- Performing a manually setup using the wizard.
c. What is your configuration and account type?
- Imap or pop3 account
- Authentication type (oAuth 2.0, App password, normal password methods)
- What Imap/pop3 and SMTP server name and port are you using?
