"When Thunderbird is minimized, move it to the tray" in setting for 156.0.0.0 has gone. Why? How to get this feature back?

It appears that my logic in how minimizing and closing Thunderbird (as before the change) is diametrically different.
The 'new' way works but so did the previous way. A change for changes sake in my opinion.
