Trying on here, as I suspect the android forum gets little attention.

I can send email with TB for Android over the Internet from home, but not over the Internet in 4 out of 4 cafes. it's not due to a VPN. It only happens eith Thunderbird, not Gmail or Outlook.

You question is not on topic in this forum. So I will move it to the android forum and lock it as a duplicate. I do not use or support Andriod. That is why I never look in that forum.
