here is the link: https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/thunderbird/releases/115.12.1/ just pick your technology and then language. That may not be your problem, but this is a busy day for me, so I'll give what you requested. I hope all works out okay.

There is literally no operating code changes between 115.12.1 and 115.12.2.

If you are having a problem, it is likely some software on your computer like antivirus interacting with Thunderbird.
