i can recieve emails but can't send
I keep getting the following mesage, this has started all of a sudden, computer did a windows 11 upodate yesterday.
Sending of the message failed. An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: Sender Policy - Relay Denied 211.30.49.152 authenticated connections ONLY. OB303 e{391cd896-4e9f-4d6a-9932-850a9ace859b}. Please verify that your email address is correct in your account settings and try again.
