I live in the sticks and get my internet via satellite. Sometimes it's acceptably fast and I can watch a video, not live, but after only a short wait to download it. I have Tranquility Reader extension, and this is very useful. But whenever possible, I'd like to be able to see images, ads, and whatnot. Is it possible to automatically activate an extension, this extension, when my download speed is less than 10Mbps. Can this be done currently? If so, how?
