Why did you remove this feature? Please see screenshot. Simple option to search any site using the selected highlighted word. In screenshot below I highlighted "scored".

The screenshot is from Palemoon. Yet this feature used to be in firefox.

Hi, it actually wasn't built-in to Firefox, but there have been some popular add-ons for it. For example:

I remember that feature because I removed the item from the context menu using userChrome.css.

I have confirmed that the feature is present in Fx 105.0.1. See the attached screenshot.

Seeing this menu item for the current default search engine in normal. What the OP's screenshot shows is that hovering (or clicking)) this item opens a submenu with all available search engines.
