Ca nnot use interactive map of my municipality as I use to prior to Firefox update
I can no longer use Firefox since last update to access a interactive map on my village Website. This is the page that does not work as it use to. https://www.elkgrove.org/i-want-to/contact-the-village My village said to contact Firefox to get help.
If it helps this is the main website for Elk Grove Village https://www.elkgrove.org/ To get to the page with the map click on I Want To . . . . Click on Contact The Village The page will come up to find the map near the bottom of the page. This map use to always pop up with the village map right away and no need to enter the name of the town.

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Do you get a large blank area on the page? There is an embedded page from:
https://iframe.publicstuff.com/#?client_id=1000084
If you try to load that directly, either using the above link or
right-click > This Frame > Open Frame in New Tab
does it load, or does it display any relevant error message?
If that loads, but only the left side and not the Google map on the right side, is there any error on the map side?

The map is at the bottom of this page. https://www.elkgrove.org/i-want-to/contact-the-village
I have several versions of Firefox and had no problem using the map.
The most recent add that I have on my desktop is Norton . . is it possible that could be causing the problem?
You won't know unless you disable it.
Have you tried Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode?
