Start-Up Screen Every Time I Open Firefox

I recently installed Firefox on my new computer. I used Firefox on my previous desktop, and have an existing account. Every time I launch Firefox on my new computer, I get the "Let's Get Started" splash screen. I log on to my account, and I have to set up my screen with the bookmarks toolbar, etc. every single time I open the application. Why does it not remember me and retain these settings? On my old computer, I stayed logged on even when I quit the application. Help?
