Impossible to make Firefox default browser
Windows 10 fails to include Firefox in the list of default browsers. Microsoft Edge, Edge Chromium and Look for an app in the Microsoft Store are the only options. Also Firefox is not included in the list of apps and features. (Latest Firefox 81 installed and latest Windows update installed.)

hi This may not be a problem with Firefox. I recommend that you re install Firefox or restart your computer. If the problem still doesn't resolve, you can try to uninstall the windows update package. I have encountered this problem in the control panel of windows 7zip. I have not tried to solve this problem before.
