Firefox version 74 noot showing window actions and is extremely slow

I restarted firefox today on Mac Catalina and now firefox is slow to respond to any actions at all. It takes like 30+ seconds to type anything in the URL, open a new tab, etc. Seems like it is extremely laggy. If I click a link to open it in firefox from another app, it seems to load just fine. Also the window close, minimize, and maximize are missing.

I clean uninstall and install seemed to fix this
