Firefox will not load. I click on the icon and nothing happens.

Nothing happens when I click on the icon. I try to reload the program but It says the program is already running. It tell to close it.

hi, this is often a symptom of malicious software being active on a system. so next to the security software already in place, please run a scan with various other security tools like the free version of malwarebytes, adwcleaner & eset online one-time scanner.
