I am getting all these suggestions from Pocket on my home screen all the time and I don't want to see it. (It would be OK to know if Pocket is actually good for anything & how to use it, I just don't want this stuff when I am trying to get on and off the computer in 5 minutes.)

Hi,

Would you try this :

Type in the addresss bar about:config (press Enter) (promise to be careful, if asked)

Type in the search bar and look for the preference :

extensions.pocket.enabled

And set its value to false

Then close and restart Firefox, in order for the change to take effect.

That should do the trick .....
