I never had a user name or password to Mozilla and now i'm being blocked what do I do?

Firefox works fine without having an "account". Recent Firefox updates have been promoting having a "Firefox Account" for use with Sync and other services, but that is optional. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/access-mozilla-services-firefox-accounts
Not currently being used for this support forum, but probably will be instituted here in 2017.
