When I try health report on firefox 44, the bar graph doesn't show properly
I finally got health report to show, but the graph of startup times shows garbage as in the attached image.

You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.
- Firefox > Preferences > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"
You need to close and restart Firefox after toggling this setting.
