Can't view scans in preview pane

Please give more information. What scan? What prevew?

I can scan papers from our copier that are sent to a desktop folder marked scans. They come up in a list. I would normal click on it once and it would open up in a preview pane. Having that open would allow me to rename the file to what I want. Now I can't do that because I can't preview the file. Does this help?

Are you using Firefox to view these, or another viewing program?

I just installed Mozilla 2 days ago and that is when this began. I had no problem when I was using Internet Explorer.

They are one page documents. No photos, no images.

What is the file name / extension ?

There is no file name or extension. At work, we have a copier that can also scan. I tap on my name on the copier and it scans it to my computer. That is all that I know. Perhaps it might be better if I just go back to Internet Explorer. Mozilla has been too much trouble. Thank you very much.

Please check with the support for the copier. They may know what to do. Good luck.
