Keep doing the update and still keep getting the same message on main page that im not on the latest version

on the home page of mozilla on the bottom i get this message You're not on the latest version of Firefox. Upgrade today to get the best of the Web! 

i pressed teh upgrade 2 already and i open it and press what i have to and it says its upgrading then it reopens my webpage and it wont say anything and if i click the little "house"icon it will show up that message that is the im not on the latest version.or if i search something and i go back it will show that message on the bottom. SO DO I HAVE THE LATEST OR I DONT?
