Firefox will not save my setting or homepage, every time I restart my computer firefox brings up a site that I never saved as the homepage.

Firefox continues to start up with some site called http://www.qooqlle.com/. Which is not the home page that I have continued to try and save to my options through firefox. The setting will stay as long as I do not turn off my computer or restart it but after turning my computer back on the above site comes up as my home page.
