Firefox will not outfill my email address log-on.

When I used Internet Explorer it would remember my user information and auto fill it when I would type the first few letters. Firefox does not seem to do this when I log on. I need to type my full email address every time I log in even though I have the 2-week box checked. It does remember my password though.
