Account recovery key - Firefox for Android

The instructions for generating an account recovery key seem to be (from what I can find) written only with the use of Firefox desktop browser, to which I don't have access - I use the Android version only. How can I do this without using the desktop version of Firefox?

NB: I wouldn't have a great need to use this regularly as I don't log out of Firefox on my mobile device but I recently learned that my account data is deleted if I have to reset my password - so best to be prepared just in case!
