I cannot send emails from my Thunderbird account J..... @frontier.com. I get an error that says "Sending of the message failed. An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: <unknown[1xx.56.42.xxx]>: Client host rejected: 1xx.56.42.xxx exceeded hourly recipients threshold.. Please check the message recipient "b..... @frontier.com" and try again."

b..... @frontier.com is my wife's account and she can send emails.

This has been going on for two days now. I cannot send emails to anyone.
