How to restore older sessions than Restore Previous Session?

When I start up firefox I usually select restore previous session to get back all my tabs, but sometimes I click on the wrong button and accidentally close out firefox. When I open firefox back up and try to restore the previous session, it restores to the session where I misclicked and only brings up the homepage. Is there a way to restore to the session before that with all my tabs, without having to go into browser history and bringing them up one by one manually?

Some of the answers to similar questions involve going to "%appdata%\mozilla\firefox\profiles\sessionstore-backups", but all of the files in that folder are either from several months ago or from after I messed up and lost my session.
