Hi There,

I have a client who has a very, very old laptop. It is running Windows 7 and has Office 2007 installed. I would like to migrate them to Thunderbird. However, when I try to import, I get an error in Thunderbird saying: "Either there is no default mail client or the current mail client cannot fulfill the messaging request." I have double checked and Outlook is set as the default mail client. My client has a large collection of folders, sub folders etc for all her emails in Outlook and I want to migrate everything across. How can I import all her emails, folders, settings etc into Thunderbird from Outlook 2007?

Thanks!

Mike

are you sure that dialog is not headed with Microsoft outlook, not Thunderbird.

I have no issues with Thunderbird 78, but I see such a dailog from outlook every time I start the current daily build. As it is not my daily tool I have not investigated that issue.
