Firefon release 87.0(64-bit) Windows 10 I just got the ugrade, my home page setting is no longer shown and I the tools icon does not respond to let in to reset it back to startpage search

I just upgrade to 87.0(64-bit) for Windows 10. I had my home page set to StartPage search engine as my default browser, Now my home page does page does not display.

All bookmarks are intact and display correctly. When a bookmarked site is selected Firefox does not go to the selected bookmarked site Example I have ww.ibm.com bookmarked. When I select the bookmark Firefox does not change.

The Tools icon (gear on task bar) is not responsive and does not open settings

I can not reset the home page or access any other tools/settings.

I am downgrading to the previous version of Firefox.
