Unified Folders - Only "Junk" Misbehaves

I use the Unified Folders view all the time. It works just as expected (summary level shows the totals, each folder shows its details), except for the Junk set. I get no summary level. Each of the detail folders shows the correct information, but the top level folder shows nothing. When I select the top level folder, Thunderbird will search all of the folders, but seems to hang up on an empty folder (I checked with the browser access to the account).

Thunderbird: 78.1.0 (64-bit)
