Template when sending and replying

Hello

I made a template using HTML and it's now in my template-folder. I can manually select that folder and send a mail using the template that way.

However, I want to automatically be using the template when I click 'Write'. Because now 'Write' just opens a blank mail to send.

Also, I want to be using that template when replying to mails.

How would I do that? Thanks!
