Many of my favorite web based flash games now Are asking for an updated version of flash on my android tablet in order to play the game how do I do this?

I like web based flash games. Many of the websites I play on have recently updated. Now they say to play I need a newer version of flash. I updated firefox but that didnot fix it. I updated the extensions and addons that did not fix it. I tried the adobe website and found no updated available there. I tried the android market and found no updates. Please help.
