The Open Link in New Tab has changed and I am instead forced to Share my site with stupid social networks

The Open Link in New Tab has changed and I am instead forced to Share my site with stupid social networks.

I accidentally clicked on it because the Jun 10 update changed the default behavior from Open Link in New Tab located at the top and I am now required to stare at some inane social networking company's logo.

How do I remove the Share this site completely? If that's not possible, how do I banish it to it's proper place in the middle or towards the bottom of the pop-up menu?

And if you, Mozilla, really hate me so much that I cannot do the above how can I reset the Share default so I don't have to stare at some minor, obscure, stupid social networking company's logo that I've never heard of every time I want to open a link into a new tab? I've looked in the application settings from within firefox. I've looked at the application settings from the app manager. Can't find any way to reset or alter.

Mine shows the logo of my email software, since that is the last (and probably only) app I used to share a link or page. Maybe that will look less inane to you?

I actually don't know whether any of the menu editing add-ons for desktop versions of Firefox have been adapted to Firefox for Android. Perhaps someone else knows about that.

Thanks but, unfortunately, it doesn't. Now I have whatever the first thing is, Hangouts, looks like some bloatware that came pre-installed on my phone, and the clipboard icon.

After selecting a couple of, I guess they are local apps, I've gotten rid of the Hangouts and am now left with 2: clipboard, this other note app that I have and the original Share Nodes Icon.

I'd still prefer to reset it back to just the Share Nodes Icon, if I can't get rid of it completely.

I hate to sound like that guy, but I really don't see the point to all of this, I mean the Copy Link option is still right there in the menu. And if it is a design decision that was driven by actual usage statistics (as in most people who long-click on a link don't open it into a new tab, but instead copy the link and paste it somewhere else?), then I don't know. I can't imagine a scenario, besides somebody posting links to facebook or whatever all the time, where this would be useful. Somebody always sharing links by text message or something? I may be missing out on the next big shiny new thing...

Hangouts is the new name of Google Chat. If you let it, it also will take over your phone's text messaging function...

There may be a way to have Firefox "forget" the last user apps. I'm not sure where that is stored, but I didn't find it in my first few minutes of poking around.
