Stop with the codes since I am logged in on both devices. Used Firefox for years and years. You are about to lose a loyal client I think I've put in codes/ passwords in 4 different places just to sync my laptop and phone.

HI All Recently purchased a laptop and want to have FF sync with my desk top. I am signed in to both devices with the same account and have checked all settings on both and they are identical. Why are they not syncing?

After Firefox upgraded to the latest version, Google no longer opens up, bookmarked websites no longer have my username, password, or login account info, and do not recognize my account. Syncing caused all kinds of problems. I'm not happy with Firefox anymore and wish to remove it from my laptop . How do I do this? Sorry...I was once a happy camper. Barbara

My firefox app has recently stopped showing any synced tabs from my desktop at all after i open one of them. It will sync once briefly and I can open a single tab, but if I am trying to get multiple the sync page of the app is blank the second time I try.

I have had this issue happen before but usually it's just for a little while and fixes itself. It can be fixed by manually syncing both mobile and desktop simultaneously, but that requires me to be in front of both my phone and my home computer, defeating the point of being able to continue browsing at any time.

I have not been able to access my desktop tabs via my phone for almost a week now and it's getting extremely frustrating. I want to be able to leave my house and pull up what I was looking at on my computer without having to struggle for 10 minutes before leaving with ensuring the sync goes through.

When I manually sync on the mobile app, the sync button keeps spinning forever, I have let it run for about 25 minutes straight with no results. I have force closed the app to no luck. I have also tried closing and leaving it alone for hours and trying again with no results. This was not happening to me a week ago and I have not changed any settings on either device since the change started.

I'm not given the choice to STAY LOGGED IN and every time the system logs me out, I'm going through the motions of restoring my bookmarks. Isn't there a way Mozilla could fix this by allowing the bookmarks to be restored to the last login or give the user the choice to stay logged in? Better yet, DO BOTH. You know your the ONLY web browser that I've ever used that fails to do this. I'm sure their are dozens of programmers that could spend 30 minutes coding this into program. A few lines of code or a HOOK to fix this.

I stopped using Firefox on my desktop and began using Edge until it was necessary to have a Microsoft account for it to fully function. Then and only then I returned to Firefox.

Help us out here people. This is a real "rock in the shoe" issue.

Press continue, the pop-up still appear and the sign-in was false positive.

FF version : 156.0 (64-bit)

I have synchronized my new Samsung Galaxy S26 with my S20. All went well except for FF bookmarks. When tapping the bookmark icon I used to get access to the bookmarks of the computer. In my new phone I only get an image of a fox and a recommendation to keep my bookmarks together. The three dots up to the right do not respond.

Any suggestions for how to sync the bookmarks would be welcome.

I have been facing an issue that I want to completely delete all of the bookmarks associated with Mozilla Firefox. Manually deleting them works temporarily, however, they return to the bookmarks bar upon reinstalling Firefox and logging on to my account

I have already tried deleting my Mozilla account completely and used RevoUninstaller to delete all and any Firefox files from my system (done this to one of my computers). Still, the bookmarks return when I reinstall Firefox and log in to my account. I have also tried not syncing with other browsers, and the bookmarks still return when I log in to the Firefox account.

This persistence is annoying, because I really would like my bookmarks data from Firefox to be completely wiped out, but it seems that they are returning even upon account deletion (I created a new account using the same old e-mail).

Could someone please help me with this issue?

For some reason, when I try to sync all my stuff from my desktop Win 11 firefox/duckduckgo system, to my new Win 11 laptop, the only option I can get is to sync with a mobile device.

I had no trouble doing this some months ago with another laptop, but this time I cannot find how to do this after trying for over an hour . . . . . .

Has anything been changed that won't allow syncing with another 'big' device, please?

Today, 17Sept2026 I want to synchronize my bookmarks, extension and profile data to a new Laptop. From Profiles I see more than one default backup. Says Sync not working for my version of Firefox for one help page, but Syc is ON from Account and Syc. Everything went automatically on old Laptop. Give procedure or page to do this on new machine. From this PC I see multiple "Default" profiles. Which to use? Or does this happen automatically if both machines are on? The latest is Today, updating every few seconds

I discovered that my android application was no more synced. I follow the procedure until Firefox must normally send me a code to my email address. The address indicated is correct but i never get this code. I try this 2 or 3 times before contacting you. Could you help me and verify if this process is well working ?

I am experiencing an issue with Firefox Sync between my PC and Android phone.

Saved passwords (Firefox Logins) sync correctly when I first install Firefox on my Android device, but after that, new passwords added on my PC do not appear on my Android Firefox.

The only way I can get the new passwords to sync is by uninstalling Firefox on Android and reinstalling it. After reinstalling, the passwords appear again, but the issue returns afterward.

Details:

Firefox Desktop version: 156.0 (64-bit) Firefox Android version: Firefox 156.0 Android version: Android 15 Device model: Redmi A3

Steps to reproduce:

Add a new saved password on Firefox Desktop. Wait for Sync to complete. Tap "Sync now" on Firefox Android. Check Saved Logins. The new password does not appear.

I have already tried manually syncing and restarting Firefox, but the problem persists.

Could this be a Sync issue with Firefox for Android? Thank you.
