Mozilla has been bragging about the free built-in Firefox VPN for months now. I still don't see it. I'm on the latest release (151.0.3) but I don't see any way to access it. I know they've said it would be a phased rollout but it's been a long time coming already. Am I doing somethin wrong?

I cannot get the free VPN to turn on. It keeps looping me back to sign in and then tells me to turn it on and then it loops back to the sign in and continues to loop

I am trying to find and activate the free Firefox VPN offered. I had the VPN icon on my tool bar then it disappeared a couple of weeks ago....the icon is not on my toolbar.....I have searched the tools...themes...customize toolbar to no avail...I can not find it anywhere. Can you help?...I am on a PC laptop using Windows 11.. Can you help?

I was not given a VPN setup on restarting Firefox, and have no VPN icon in my toolbar. I have tried using customise toolbar, but there is no VPN icon to add back. Version 150.0, automatically opened to "What's New in Firefox 150" on starting Firefox, just without a new VPN icon. Thanks

I'm using version 151.0.1 (64-bit) in France. I don't see the VPN configuration prompt in the top-right corner of my Firefox toolbar, nor do I see the VPN icon in the toolbar… What should I do, please?

I want to Cancel my VPN subscription Invoice number 6D299239-0005 dated May 31,2026. I did not knowingly subscribe to this service. I was not even on the computer until just now.

I wanted to reactivate the integrated vpn. The help side says to do it from the Customize Toolbar side. But there is no symbol of the integrated vpn in the list there. (integrated vpn is available here, I got it on my other computer).

How can I reactivate it otherwise?

I have followed all the steps for installing the VPN in Firefox, it says successfully installed and to go to the open panel to turn it on. However the open panel never appears, instead I get the pop up to try the VPN (see image). Have done this multiple times and am just going round in circles. I tried closing Firefox and re-opening but that made no difference. Please can anyone help?

Whenever I connect to the VPN, any time I try to go to a website none of the sites will load. The site just sits on a blank page. I've tried to route through different countries and nothing works.

Due to unclear wording in the guide to your VPN, I'm a little at a loss for how it works.

So there's a 50 GB cap a month, but we can.... subscribe to get more? But I already had to subscribe to access the feature- I was literally given no other means of activation.

Do I have unlimited data now? Do I only have 50 GB? Do I need to pay for more data should I choose to opt for more?

Clarification for both myself and the guide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
