All of a sudden today the top of Firefox turned purple, I'd like it to be plain white as it was previously. Clicking on Themes did nothing to change it. Thanks for your help

Hello, I'm pretty tired of Firefox updating itself without asking me or warning me, just telling me that it's going to force me to restart and kill all of my private windows without any chance of continuing browsing. I'd like to disable updates but it seems that they are forced upon the user regardless of choice. Is there a way to prevent them from happening? I managed to disable them on Linux by some miracle but can't find a way to do the same on Mac. I'd also like to remove the little popup that suggests updates every time I open it. No chance of that either? The browser is made for browsing and not for serving the needs of the browser. I really love what Firefox used to be but at this point I might as well switch to something else. The blatant disregard for user experience is what's killing me.

My payment info is synced across multiple devices (desktop and Android) except for one device - so I added a card manually. Now I have two of the same card across all the other devices. How do I recalibrate this so everything is in sync?

Why am I not getting a download button when I want to start a download, I am using a Samsung j3 Andtiod device, I have the extensions button can't download any videos?

Suddenly all shortcuts have disappeared from Firefox new tabs. I have tried re-entering new ones, but it wont edit/save them either. Firefox version 115.42.0esr (old Mac OS).

Note to firefox I.T. - I am not going to waste anymore time trying to get all this purple that was version 157 update. Get rid of the purple soon or I'll uninstall firefox. Microsoft Edhe is already on the computer and is raring to go.

The new Firefox (157.0) is not allowing Amazon Music to play in the web version. Worked fine before. I turned off Ad blocker and it still is not working. Amazon Music has to allow a window at the bottom of the page to show song playing and whatnot. Please help!

It would be greatly appreciated if the browser didn't update with adding a new default customization. If there's a way to revert back to the old browser, I would prefer that over the extra customization any day.

I just reinstalled Firefox. When I click on the Themes and Extensions link, it goes to the correct page, but the 95% of the page shows the themes. The far left 5% shows some parts of letters, but only the very left edge of them. It appears that the two display panels it's supposed to show have been reset to that 95%/5% view.

How do I reset the page panels?

Firefox updated today. I don't know—maybe some people like the new design of the tabs, the buttons in the drop-down menus, and the gradient borders around the active tab and the tab bar itself. But I’d like to revert to the old interface. How can I do that?

We're in the age of international browsing- Why when you choose a default language for the browser, doesn't it already ask if you want the page you're looking at (if not in the default language) to be translated? You guys are years behind missing a feature like that. Even internet explorer had that function.

I'm using Mac Catalina OS, version 10.15.8, and the latest version of Firefox as my browser. How can I increase the font and icon size on the Firefox toolbar?The existing font size is too small and hard to read. Going to about:config and clicking on "accept the risk and continue" plus typing "layout.css.devPixelsPerPx" doesn't seem to work for me. 'Simply put, I need clear instructions that allow me to resolve the aforementioned problem.

I dont want Firefox latest update as it has destroyed my history, my bookmarks, and my profile. It has also slowed access to videos and browsing among websites. I can no longer open more than one window at a time for more than a few minutes before Firefox stalls ... just stops working . no crash message... nothing just a single dead window. I must then unplug my computer. I cant even get back to my windows start. My internet provider confirms that I am getting top speed; my tech says that all other single programs like Word and Excel function at lightening speeds but not if they are open in conjunction with an internet website. This problem occurred sometime the week of September 12th when a Firefox update was installed. Now I am prevented from accessing the internet UNLESS I ACCESS THE UPDATE and refigure it. How do I uninstall this update as I need to access videos for a university class and run Word at the same time which is impossible now! dona bretherick

Hi, Something updated, I see things are different since the last restart I have a message that says "One or more installed add-ons cannot be verified and have been disabled."

There's is a Learn more button, but it just opens about:addons, and there's nothing else to learn.

Whatever addons have been disabled, at lost in the sea of disabled addons.

There is no way to sort addons by their last disabled/last enabled date Sort by installation date Sort by Last Verified (including failed to verified Sort by last update date, sort by developer name, sort by creation date, sort by version number, sort by ... you get the gist !

Eventually I'll figure out what is missing, it will be a fun surprise, like a easter egg for bugs !
