I don't see the suggestions when I'm typing. It was the most visited site by me and firefox was autofilling it. Now I can see there's nothing in my history like it is the first time I use firefox. I haven't changed anything in firefox settings or system files etc. It's just got deleted. I'm a MAC user

I am having issues logging in to my Firefox account to sync the browser.

"This profile was previously synced to a different account

To keep your data organized and secure, each Firefox profile can only be synced to one account. To sign in using [email removed]@aftc.co, create a new profile."

After a recent change the browser scroll always goes to the bottom of the page. Before it was always at the top of the page. I found no way in Firefox to reset this function.

Firefox will only start if I sign in as an administrator. It doesn't connect to the internet, and I can't get to the help screen. I did a refresh but that hasn't help. If I uninstall and then reinstall a new copy correct the problem? How do I save and reinstall my bookmarks and settings? I love Firefox and prefer it over other browsers. But I need to fix it and any help you provide will be very much appreciated. Thank you!

I use Firefox app in macos, android and ipados. The bookmarks across them are not synching automatically. I need to press sync manuelly to do. All apps are updated, all settings look fine. Please help me synch bookmarks across platforms. Thanks a lot.

I'm using Firefox as my default browser, and I saw a link preview for YouTube (on tumblr, if it matters) that displayed the message 'Your browser is deprecated. Please upgrade' instead of the actual video title. What does this mean?

I am wondering what was the exact reason for disabling the 600% volume extension.

Should the users be worried about credential theft or was the extension injecting affiliate links?

Recently I've had this issue (on reddit) where after I expand a video in the feed, and start scrolling, all the visuals freeze.

I know it's only the visuals, because I can still interact with the website (usually unexpand the video, or pause it) with the image still frozen and audio still playing.

I can fix it by tabbing firefox down, and then up again. While researching I found the profiler, and finally managed to capture the moment it happened.

I'm no stranger to technical stuff but it's a loooot of data to process, I did a "clean" profile recording as well where I did the same action and where it didn't freeze, and I can't really make heads or tails out of what the issue is.

The recording managed to capture the phenomenon and I only clicked twice during that period, to expand two reddit expando videos, the second one is what caused the issue when scrolling. The only thing I see is a spike in memory usage

Not sure if I can (or should) upload the profile recording here or what, but it's been bugging me a lot.

It's pretty tricky to replicate because it seems to be random when and what triggers it, even expanding the same videos doesn't replicate it. Sometimes I go days without it happening, sometimes it happens 6 times in a single session.

I've added some screenshots of various views of the profiler/stack data.

I have an Nvidia RTX 5070ti GPU, hardware acceleration is on, AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor.

I think I might have enabled some rendering settings in about:config, maybe it's related to that but I don't remember exactly what.

Maybe it's due to some windows "game optimisation" or the GPU and CPU-GPU fighting?

I have no problems watching videos while playing games or anything though.

I am experiencing an issue with my Firefox browser where my Firefox home page appears very blurry. This has raised some concerns for me about whether something may be wrong with my browser or if my Firefox security may have been compromised.

I really appreciate Firefox's built in translator; it is extremely helpful. However there is one thing that bugs me, when translating a page that has multiple language options. For example, when translating a page from German to English, the word "Deutsch" (often listed in the website's built in language settings) is translated not to "German", but to "English". While technically correct in that the page is now displaying English thanks to the Firefox translation, it would probably be better to show "German" so that it is easier to switch the website language and not have a duplicate "English" option in the website's dropdown menu. I have noticed this on multiple websites, specifically with German, but it might be with other languages as well. Hopefully this explanation of the issue makes sense, and see my attached screenshot which shows this issue. Please let me know if there is somewhere else I should submit this too.

with this new version i lost everything i need to get back to an older version and get all my extentions my bookmarks back all my s desktop items that i had linked to firefox are gone i can no longer get face book or anything back to firefox book marks every thing i had with firefox

The image search icon and text clear cross do not work in Firefox on particular account on the All tab. It was checked on different devices. If use a different Google account, everything works fine. The problem is only with this specific account. What should i do?

Although the option to "Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed" is unchecked in my settings, I am still getting logged out of all websites when Firefox restarts. This was never the case when I used Safari, and it's quite inconvenient to have to log in to so many websites all over again, especially when two factor authentication is required for many of them.

Is there anything that might be causing this, anything I can check or do on my end so that I am staying logged in on restart? Thank you.

Hi everyone, I have a problem on my PC with firefox. I don't have this problem on chrome. When i go to google maps on my PC, my default location is set to Dublin instead of Amiens (France) Could you help me to have my correct default location back ? Thank you

My shortcuts disappeared. They were there this morning. I let my laptop go into standby and, when I woke it up again, the shortcuts were gone.

I have checked my settings and the correct toggles have been toggled. This happened not too long ago and they came back, so I'm not at all sure what the issue is.
