I just downloaded the newest update 115.359esr (32 bit) and I am now locked by cloudflare. I literally just got a new wifi router yesterday. I am in a rural area, but my area is not listed as having any cloudflare outages and my IP address is clean. I am stuck ate home ill and with a work injury so m only outside contact is internet. When I went to cloudflare it says I cannot log in to thier community to ask for help because my browser is outdated, and to upgrade to a different browser, and one in the newest mozilla ROFL!!! My new wifi router uses At&T and other than 5 houses on my street there is a grade school which is why I checked my IP address. I am using an old WIN laptop because it is all I can afford, but all software other than win is current and updated.

One minute I was doing some normal searches at dogpile.com and the next second I was blocked form it and any other website that uses cloudflare. I suspect some problem with mozilla incompatibility with cloudflare because cloudflare says I am using an old incompatable browser when I am not, but m background i CGI graphics not programming. A VPN with or without a IP switcher, cleaning my cache (thought its set to clean on browser closing), checking my antivirus, etc... no change. I tried an intense Ccleaner scan and no change.

I read in other posts that there have been cloudflare problems with falsely flagging users recently, but this is not my area of expertise. It just seems to be on my laptop. Even websites I randomly chose, and I have never been to before that use cloudflare are blocking me.

Any ideas?

When I scan a multiple barcodes, Firefox does not add the "enter" function between them, and as a result the barcodes just stack one after another. This started happening yesterday. The attached image is showing two barcodes is succession. It used to automatically add the enter function after the barcode was scanned. I have tried multiple scanners and the same thing happens. It works fine in Chrome, but I really don't want to use Chrome.

I can not sign into a banking site - last several months. It gives me this feed back : "Explanation The Application Gateway attempted to fetch the resource you requested from a junction Web server. Good morning, We are using ver. 150. We have noticed that the landing page for Microsoft 365 does not have the apps tab on the left side of the page. Microsoft has redirected the Office apps landing page to a Copilot centric web page. There is a small Apps tab on bottom left which does not display on Firefox. Anyone have an idea why ?. Thank you,

The threads.com website looks very strange. In all other browsers it displays fine, but Firefox shows enormous size icons and barely visible text, with no formatting. Please see attached screenshots. Tried to clear cache, cookies, etc. - nothing worked. Please help!

For the past week everytime i use the search whether by using the address bar or context highlight a word i get a blank page as first result, if i search again i get the result. I use yahoo search engine as my main search engine for the past 10+ years. This doesnt happen if i set the google engine as i tested it in case it was an search engine issue.

Since more than a month ago I've been unable to access my AOL email on my M1 iMac using Firefox. Going to mail.aol.com now causes Firefox to hang, as does going to aol.com and then clicking on the "Mail" icon/button at the top of the browser window. The problem started after I installed the 2nd-to-most-recent Sequoia update; it continued after I installed the most recent Sequoia update; and it's still occurring now that I've upgraded to Tahoe 26.4.1. I tried uninstalling the few extensions that I was using in Firefox, but that didn't help. Neither did refreshing, updating, or reinstalling Firefox, and the problem occurs even when I've started Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode. I'd like to blame the MacOS updates for the problem, but those updates didn't prevent me from being able to log into my AOL account with Safari or Chrome. Thanks in advance for any suggestions that'll enable me to access my AOL email via Firefox again.

Once you log into this page, it directs you to Microsoft CoPilot. From here the user can select which Office App they would like to open or they can open their Microsoft 365 Admin Center. Until recently, this worked fine, now though when you get directed to the CoPilot page it does not allow the user to select anything on the page. We have put the browser in Troubleshoot mode and experienced the same issue. On a separate device (outside of the network) installed Firefox and ran into the same issue. On a third device that also did a fresh install of Firefox and does not have our SentinelOne Anti-virus Software on it and experienced the same issue. We tested on a mobile device and the site works well so it seems to be isolated issue to desktop/laptops. The page loads up perfectly on all the devices with no errors, its solely when trying to click within the site that none of the functions work.

Some few weeks ago (2-3), when trying to access my online banking account, the time from Login to access went from 10 seconds to a minute or more. I've tried everything I know to deal with it, including calling Tech Support at my bank. Nothing. I suspected AdBlocker+ but that is not it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox to no avail. I've cleared history. Nothing. The only thing that works consistently is to access my online banking site using Chrome. How sad is that? Chrome performs exactly like Firefox did up until a few weeks ago. I also am having the same problem trying to access a municipal online records account. When I try that site with Chrome it flows immediately from Login to access. I can only assume something has changed in Firefox in a recent update. I may try to go back to an earlier version to see if that helps.

Running this on a Windows 11 desktop machine. There were no changes made to either my computer or the Firefox settings prior to the onset of this issue.

Just installed FF Nightly 152.9a1 and can't post replies to the Apple Support Communities. I had the same problem with a previous version of Nightly. A fix was posted but now I can't find it.

I am unable to download a bank statement pdf from my online banking, using Firefox. I AM able to downoad it using Google Chrome. I am able download OTHER pdfs on Firefox - just not my bank statements! I HAVE been able to download bank statements successfully in the past, using Firefox, but now am unable to. When I try to download statement from the bank website, firstly I get a black screen with small message saying "No preview available", and an invitation to download. On clicking Download, I'm taken to a white page saying "Error No API key found in request. request_id: a2ad87061f2bed614b1d53708d35cb26", but no further options. I've exchanged messages with my bank, who've found no solution, and advised me to look into it with you guys - ie, Firefox browsing. I've played around with Firefox settings, cookies, security settings, etc, but all to no avail.

Any clues how I can resolve this?

There is one more option to view my other holdings, by clicking one link in the current page,(it is supposed to open in next tab) but it does not open , but simply keeps showing it is accessing the page, endlessly , but never opens. But the Same website (https://investright.hdfcsec.com) opening in Chrome browser , opens the next page ( I desired to open other holding) instantly , without any Delay. Why there is problem to access in Firefox "next Link" on this website? How to resolve such an issue, as there is no error indication , but simply showing busy, in finding the next link? Is it that some things are preventing to open the Link?

Firefox browsers are not working on the Office 365 web portal. None of the links in the site work. The apps link for Office apps is missing. We have tried it from multiple computers and used both Firefox and Waterfox. The Office portal loads but is stuck on Web more and clicking on the Work tab at the top does nothing. Clicking on anything else on the page also does nothing. The same portal page works normally in Edge and Chrome.

Using the Firefox browser: Logging into MS365 via https://login.microsoftonline.com has recently caused the “Copilot homepage” (m365.cloud.microsoft) to freeze. There is no response to mouse clicks or keyboard input. The login name is displayed in the bottom left corner, but there is no reaction with information and options as usual. The “Show App” option above the login is missing. Entering the username, even in MFA input, works without errors; all users are logged in via Entra. Access via MS Edge works as before, as does Firefox.

Hello, Windows 11 Firefox doesn't work with some sites e.g. - https://kanopy.com, https://my.echecks.com/..., cpb.bank and others. I have to switch to Chrome to visit those sites. I keep boosting of Mozilla and its products. I assist and try to teach other to use browsers, specifically Firefox. Then I have to direct them to Chrome because Firefox is not working with a specific site.
