Does anyone know, if I load up a video on YouTube and then share it through a link on Facebook , are all Entrance through Facebook is counted in YouTube ?

Hello,
It's embedded on Facebook and still being viewed in the original YT player? Yes.. views will count.
If someone downloads the video and then uploads it on Facebook into a Facebook player, then no.
It needs to be embedded on a wall in the youtube player using the youtube embed code.
