How do I remove the address pop-up that shows up on the bottom of the browser when i mouse over links?
This little bar will pop-up at the bottom of my screen that has a web address link in it (i.e. http://www.google.com)

The same question was answered here. You can install an add-on to remove this feature. Further down that page, a more manual method is also described.
Add code to the userChrome.css file below the default @namespace line.
The customization files userChrome.css (user interface) and userContent.css (websites) are located in the chrome folder in the Firefox profile folder.
