The "forward and back" buttons appear but are no active. How do i activate them?
The left and right facing arrows appear, but they remain de-highlighted even though I've navigated to another web page.
Is there a way for me to activate these buttons?

This can be a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.
