"Report A Broken Web Site" does not close
I fill in the form for reporting a broken web site, but when I click Submit Report, the progress bar starts and and the window stays open indefinitely (I let it go for at least 20 minutes). The buttons are gray, including "Cancel," so I can't do anything except close the dialog.

The server that was used to submit "Report A Broken Web Site" is no longer online and will be replaced by the input.mozilla.com site in Firefox 4.
