I can't access my email.
When I try to access my email I get this: "Login to server imap-mail.outlook.com with username moonpupy@com failed". I get this message no matter which email program I've tried. This has been going on for over a week.

User name = full email address
So if you are really trying to access server with 'moonpupy@com' then that is not a full email address, so it will fail.
Right click on mail account name in Folder Pane and select 'Settings' Select 'Server Settings' User Name: Completely empty that text box and retype the correct full email address. click on OK Restart Thunderbird to ensure it uses the updated info.
My bad typing. moonpupy@hotmail.com is in the message I get back from server.
Do you have 2-step verification set up on the account? Using a VPN?
