sign in and passwords and no master missing from my firefox
opened up my browser to go over bills and wouldnt take my master password . I then went straight to a site and figured it will pop up again once i hit login cursor but nothing. Then tried to do it manually but it says no logins saved. I checked privacy and it says remember ...so i assume private browsing is off. Closed out all windows and started back up and master password prompt did show but still all logins, passwords are gone. I imported some from explorer i used to use but no new . nothing. I didnt reset or clear anything i dont think. Does google control my cookies or passwords under mozilla? Cause i was trying to change cookie thing on there to play google voice messages but i gave up , i can never figure it out. I wish it would erase windows 10 , that would help getting back most functions on my computer. sigh , help please and thank you.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).
Is the problem still there?
Look on your desktop. Do you see a folder called; Old Firefox?

Type about:profiles<enter> in the address bar. How many profiles are listed? How many should be there?
This could be a problem with the autofill extension (Autofill 3.6.1-signed.1-signed) that shows in the System Details list.
If it works in Safe Mode and in normal mode with all extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) disabled then try to find which extension is causing the problem by enabling one extension at a time until the problem reappears.
Close and restart Firefox after each change via *"3-bar" menu button -> Exit (Power button)
- Windows: File -> Exit
- Mac: Firefox -> Quit Firefox
- Linux: File -> Quit
