Hi - can someone help me Fox Broadcasting videos have no cc link, apparently I'm the only person

They tell me no one else is having this issue. I have a windows 7 pro 64-bit OS on a laptop using firefox and a modem. www.fox.com. I disabled my adblock plus. Still see no cc link. They tell me it's in the upper right corner. The video works fine, but no cc. They use flash player. I have the latest version of everything. Has anyone experienced this before or know what's causing it?

I don't see it either. I also tried Win IE.

Press the Alt or F10 key bring up the tool bar. Select Files > Email Link.

Hi Fred - Thank you! At least I know I'm not going crazy. The said it's only me. I don't understand what you want me to do though. It's not something in Firefox? They suggested I buy a new device. (my laptop is only 3 years old) I can see the videos and at every other video website the cc link works. Thanks for your help.

If your computer works fine, you don't need a new one yet.

Firefox can email the link for you.
