Cannot sync bookmarks from desktop or save bookmarks on Android.

I installed Firefox for Android and Sync works for everything but bookmarks. I already deleted most of them to make sure I stay well below the 5000 limit. Still nothing, and to make matters worse, any bookmark I save on Android is gone next time I start Firefox.

Thank you for your question.

This early version of Firefox for iOS does not have the ability to sync bookmarks yet. That feature is coming in a later version.

Here are some pointers on how you can access your favorite sites in the meantime: Bookmarks won't sync on Firefox for iOS.

Tip: You'll still be able to sync your history, passwords and open tabs in the current version.

I have exactly this problem now - May 31. The question asked was three months ago. The reply spoke to iOS. jjjk's question and my question concern the ANDROID, not iOS. My Android sees history from my PCs. It does not sync bookmarks from the PCs and the PCs do not see bookmarks from the phone. Any help with this would be much appreciated.
