Dealing with secondary bookmarks toolbar and it's unwanted existence
Firefox 40 keeps reenabling the secondary bookmarks toolbar when I told it a million times to do away with it. Is there a way to ammend this? All the other toolbars work just like they're supposed to, and this happens even with no add-ons enabled.

OK, so (wylaczony) means disabled - sorry, I don't read or speak Polish.
With Firefox closed, delete the xulstore.json from your Profile folder. Then start Firefox. How do I find my Profile folder?
That xulstore.json file replaced the old localstore.rdf file, which stored customization data on the interface, such as toolbar customizations, window positions and sizes. If you still have a localstore.rdf file, delete that, too.

clear your cookies and cache once and if it not works. Then reinstall your browser.

Please provide a screenshot of what you are referring to. And check your installed extensions for an extension which might have added that feature to Firefox. Not a standard feature in Firefox - at least that I have ever heard about.
See this support article. How do I create a screenshot of my problem? It is best to use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed a maximum file size of 1 MB.
Then use the Browse .... button below the Post a Reply text box to upload the screenshot.
First image shows what I'm referring to. As you can see I'm using the Polish translation of Firefox, therefore some names might be misleading. Second image shows that all of my extensions are in fact disabled. I installed "Roomy Bookmarks Toolbar" after encountering this problem, in hope that the add-on would solve it, but it didn't touch the "second bookmarks toolbar", it just changed the appearance of the main one. Third image shows that this happens even with the default theme.
I would suppose this is something that's built into Firefox, given that I just did a fresh clean install yesterday.
OK, safe to assume that 2nd Bookmarks Toolbar is from the Roomy Bookmarks Toolbar extension.
Do you have the latest 1.4.10 version of that extension? If not, update it.
If that doesn't solve your problem, contact the developer of that extension via email using the information provided on the AMO download page. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/roomy-bookmarks-toolbar/
Email is in the About this Add-on section of that page, and to the right of it - Support E-mail hyperlink.
Dude, re-read my post and check the screenshots again, because you completely misunderstood the matters.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.
- Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
- Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window
Deleting xulstore.json did the job. Thank you!
