hello, could you provide your latest few submitted crash reports? please enter about:crashes into the location bar, copy the latest few report ids from there starting with bp- & paste them here into a forum reply. this will give us a better understanding what may be triggering those crashes.

in addition, please update your plugins (some of them are out-dated & have security vulnerabilities that are actively exploited on the web).

When clicking the update plug ins, Java was the only thing that came up. Normally when something needs to be updated, I will get a reminder stating this needs to be updated. Perhaps Java was needed for Amazon to work. Silly that the Chrome or IE didn't need it.

your list of plugins also showed the adobe flash plugin on version 17 which is old and insecure. please just copy and paste the latest couple of crash reports in here regardless of any formatting issues - transcribing them all by hand would be rather burdensome...
