Good day everybody, I am new to Firefox. I have MacBookAir 11. I added the Ecosia extension since it's my main search engine. I noticed there aren't ads popping up for Ecosia. That is how Ecosia makes money for it's sustainability projects, so, as nice as it is to not see ads, I would like them to show up for my Ecosia searches. I understand you can make an Enhanced Tracking Protection exception (and I did), but where can I find a place to make exceptions for whatever AdBlock software came already integrated to Firefox? I am liking Firefox so far. Thank you everybody. Miran.

I was getting a frame displaying that embedded content was blocked from x, instagram, and others. I clicked the allow routine and got the embed. Now it's all over the place, scroll, scroll, scroll, blah, blah. How do I reenable the blocking?

I am getting a strange message on adult pages I open on Firefox. It says; "opt out signal honored". I checked with the site owner and they told me it is a function of my browser. What is it?

Enhanced Tracking Protection is preventing access to x.com even after it is allegedly "turned off" for this site. I have been using personal computers since the 1970s after the IBM PC was introduced, but now I am about ready to ditch Firefox AND Windows 11 to install a decent version of Linux. Grok on my iPhone 8 offered several suggestions to resolve this issue, but none of them have worked so far... including trying to us Microsoft Edge instead of Firefox.

A site I use daily for news suddenly is not activating, but told me there is an ad blocker happening via an extension. I went on privacy and security and extensions and I have not activated any extensions to block ads. This site activation was working just fine before Firefox notified me of "changes" that would not effect my settings. It obviously did. Would Zoom size be effecting the opening of this site. It's just at 100%. I have been trying Gemini to figure out the problem but so far nothing is working.

Some setting is causing an ad blocker alert from a site I use daily. I do not have any ad blockers. This is a new problem since Firefox has changed some settings.

Settings/Privacy and Security/Enhanced tracking selections/Advanced settings/Manage exceptions is not functioning properly. Every site that I have saved as an exception initially fails to do two things when the site is loaded. First, the site blocks content as if it is not an exception, and then it refuses to completely load the page. This requires me me to X-force the page to finish loading, and then I have to refresh the page by loading it a second time before the exception operates properly. This behavior is precisely the same on every exception website I have entered. Definitely some bugs at work here.

Cant access "X" website .... get message that says Firefox's Enhanced Tracking Protection (strict mode) is known to cause issues on X.com

I've suddenly had an issue crop up when trying to access Twitter on Firefox. I get an error message that says "Firefox’s Enhanced Tracking Protection (Strict Mode) is known to cause issues on x.com", but the problem is Im not using Strict Mode. I have standard protection on.

unable to load X.com. Shows Firefox Enhanced Tracking as "strict". in FireFox settings, it show i'm at "standard, not Strict". Have refreshed tabs as instructed. No change. Still cant load X.com.
